"The World Around My House - I know about it and I protect it" Guardians of Cultural and Natural Heritage.
Foundation for Education and Development of Civil Society in November and December 2007, implemented a series of training educators on the Guardians of Nature and Cultural Heritage - community leaders, based on his work on respect for nature and culture. The course was attended by young, and curious persons, wishing to take action on behalf of their communities.
Participants acquire the tools to protect valuable natural resources and cultural heritage - the knowledge and skills necessary to work as a Guardian.
Addressed the following topics:
- Craft journalism and ways to describe the reality
- Group Management and working methods with local communities
- The Art of social mediation and conflict resolution
- The Art of speaking, self-presentation, effectively sell their ideas
- Methods of protecting natural and cultural resources in Europe
- Preparation of the awareness campaign on conservation
Each participant received a handbook containing basic information useful in tasks guard, and a certificate confirming participation in the training with an individual number for each Guard.
