Spring Festival of Birds
On 13-17.03.2006 the Foundation realised ecological workshops called the Spring Festival of Birds. 600 children took part in the festival.
During the workshops children:
- learnt how to recognise different species of birds
- found out how the birds behave and what they eat
- came to know how to recognise birds after their singing and how the children themselves can create 'bird-like music'
- took part in a theatrical performance and listened to a story about birds
- hand made origami paper birds
- had a meal at a bird canteen
