The project aims at improving the competence of workers and activists Province. Łódź in the implementation of international projects involving young people and the implementation of local initiatives for youth participation.
Who do we invite?

- Workers of the Province of NGOs. Lodz,
every day working directly with young people
- Informal groups of youth leaders working with these institutions. Age: 18 years or over
- Priority will be those with the smallest villages and towns.
- From one organization invited max. 2 person (if reported to be at 1 form).
- Participants do not require any special experience or skills, but we hope to motivate them to acquire knowledge of interesting and innovative forms of work with youth.

Trainings are conducted by a trainer experienced in practice in training and in work training. Training is an interesting, activating the form, allow a lot to learn in a relaxed atmosphere.

Organizers provide free accommodation and meals at the hotel in Lodz, and a package of material substance
